In addition to the previous redefinition of the time unit "second", the length unit "meter" and the luminous intensity unit "candela", the first realization of the seven basic units of the international unit of measurement system is defined by the constant. This guarantees the long-term stability of SI and the universality of the environment. It will also open the door to anytime, anywhere, and any subject to reproduce the unit value according to the definition. It can be said to be a milestone in the progress of human science.
